A passion project
Nestled in the heart of Downtown Dubai, Qartuli opened its doors in January 2024, offering a taste of Georgia's rich culinary heritage to the UAE. The brainchild of Nino, a lawyer, and Mariam, a sculptor, Qartuli was born out of a chance meeting in Tbilisi. This encounter sparked a shared passion for Georgian cuisine and a dream to open a restaurant that would bring it to life.
